DreamLeague Season 21 Post Tournament Highlight and Analysis

The last tournament before the most anticipated Dota 2 tournament... TI 2023! Dreamleague season 21 became a testing ground for possible strategies in TI. Though viewers may argue that not all teams played their best as to not overexert before TI, Dreamleague was still an action packed show of TI competitors (minus OG) butting heads. Highlights In team related news, we saw the first showing of the TI 2023 Tundra lineup with Topson playing mid and Nine playing position 4. For those who are unaware, Saksa took an extended mental health break which resulted with Tundra getting a substitute for TI. In this tournament, the team went 50/50 due to possible adjustments in playstyles and coordination. They did very well in the group stage, thus landing them in the upper bracket of the tournament. Sadly their run ran short when they lost to Topson's previous organization, OG. Speaking of OG, we saw the return of OG.mc, but this time he isn't being told to play like Ceb, but rather with h...

Mobile Legends Hero Guide: Roaming Arlott

Roaming Arlott is a build I have been working on and been playing in certain matchups and team compositions. Given the nerfs the hero received in several patches now, I personally think that he cannot match the tempo of meta XP laners. I know is sounds like trolling or griefing, but hear me out!! Why does Roaming Arlott Work? Arlott is one of the heroes who can easily transition from early game assassin to late game tank. Having played Arlott is all types of matches, 1 thing I noticed is the damage fall off. No matter how big the early game lead is, Arlott's damage falls off really hard late game, even if you build all damage. By playing him as a roamer, you can utilize his early game damage to play as an assassin sniping kills all over the map, which will give you enough gold to eventually build tanky and having impact during late game. Emblem and Battle Spell I run the Fighter emblem on roam Arlott, because it gives him spell vamp for that increased sustain plus the added damage ...

Mobile Legends 101: Learn How to Support as a Roamer

The role you get when you have to adjust or fill. Playing support or roam is a pretty thankless job. You take the blame when things go wrong and the highlight system in-game doesn’t record your game winning sets. After all the flack they may get in-game, I personally believe that support players are the unsung heroes of every MOBA. They have to be active all throughout the game and they provide the team the needed space and information, which is why they tend to be the main shotcaller in teams. Though, it seems like a lot of work for something you won’t even get commended for, right? Learning the role comes with skills that you can carry over when playing other roles too! Expand your game knowledge, and GIT GUD!! With that being said, here are a few tips to elevate your roaming mechanics!! Understand your hero's role in-game Not all roaming heroes are created equal. You got all kinds of roaming supports, such as tanks, healers and assassins. Each roamer archetype has a certain play...

Surviving Solo Queue, A Guide on How to NOT Tilt In-game

Image by catalyststuff on Freepik Solo Queue, the most toxic place in the whole world. This is where everyone is an idiot except you. Whatever game you play, solo queue is a cesspool of tryhards, casuals, gamerzz and many more animals.  Here is a guide on how to survive and even more so, keep your sanity! DO NOTE! I am a SEA player and I have experienced how toxic the SEA community is and will be basing this off my MOBA experience… So shout out to the Dota 2, LoL and ML:BB community!! Focus on YOU First thing to understand in Solo Queuing is the Solo part. You have to know that the only thing you have control of in the game is yourself. You can only really focus on your game, because you, as an individual, sees the game differently from others. By focusing on your game, not only can you possibly solo carry. You can strengthen your game sense and fundamentals as you become more aware of your game state due to it all being observed by you.  I get it, some mistakes in-game are r...

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Emblem System Revamp Analysis

Image was taken from the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Facebook Page Though the title of the article can be a mouthful, this new emblem system update has sparked a few conversations. With it being online for awhile now, let’s look at how it has been for players trying to reach Mythic Glory this season.  DO NOTE!  This article’s content will be based on my personal experience and research. It will also be good to do your own research to better understand this new emblem rework. Now let’s get started!! Old Emblem System vs Now VS The most obvious change with the new system, would be the merging of the Common Physical and Magical emblem into one Common Hybrid emblem, and the removal of the Jungler emblem which I will get into further details later. Another big change is the simplification and diversification of Talents. Players test their game knowledge by mixing and matching talents from different emblems. Moonton did a good job reworking the system, with both casual and hardcore pl...

It's Mogi!! A Blogging Passion Project

It’s mogi! A Blog for geeking out about anything I feel like talking about! Your favorite gaming and tech content creator is back at it again, but now on a new platform! And hopefully, this one sticks! This time we're going to try blogging! Kickin’ it old school! Haha In my spare time, I tried several platforms and methods to churn out content through livestreaming on Twitch, making Youtube videos, and staying active on several social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, yet none of them stuck. Through these experiences, I realized that everything was too fast paced! It was always a race against time to stay relevant. You had to be the first to market for people to see what you’re making. Through this grind, passion became work, because there was a need to keep churning out content. Thus, due to the pressures of staying social media relevant, creating content became tedious.  ------------------------------------------ With that being said, I’d like to welcome you to: I...
