A Look Back at 2023

2023 has been a pretty eventful year for growth. The world has opened up and society has gone back to the office (mostly). People on-the-go lost time to play games and stay seated in front of their gaming consoles, but some found alternatives ways of work. There was a content creation boom and saturation, yet here we are still trying to stay relevant. I am blessed to have time to pursue content creation as a hobby again, and this time, I know better on how to tackle this industry. New Hobby Alert! Collecting Pokemon TCG

I have always wanted to get into collecting, but I never knew what. I didn't have any self control to keep things pristine. I tried collecting all sorts of things when I was younger, but I couldn’t find myself committing to any of them. It was either, I get bored of the hobby or I feel bad that I my collection was only gathering dust somewhere. But now that I am older and I am making my own money, I wanted to give collecting another shot. I wanted to collect something I loved, something that can last and something that can gain value over time.  Luckily, Pokemon trading cards ticked all the boxes! I grew up with the Pokemon (toys, games, shows). I love trading cards and the art/illustration of the cards. With how much first edition cards are going for, it is guaranteed to gain value over time.
